On the 26 March the Pharmaceutical Society NI and the GPhC jointly produced a statement on the current pre-registration programmes and the issues related to the Covid-19 pandemic. (see here) At that stage it was recognised that the Registration Examination for 2020 would have to be postponed.
Today the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society NI has released an updated statement setting out the proposed way forward.

We understand this has been a difficult time for trainees and tutors and hope this clarification will help map the way forward for everyone. We appreciate everyone’s patience at this time and we encourage all trainees and tutors to read the statement and associated FAQs.
