On Thursday 21 April, the President, Dr Jim Livingstone, presented Dr Lisa Byers and Mrs Brenda Maitland with a small gift to mark their retirement form the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society NI. Commenting on the occasion, Dr Livingstone said that “both Lisa and Brenda had brought great skill and insight to their roles on Council, particularly at the time of transition, from an elected to an appointed Council, both individuals contributed greatly to making the new Council a success.”
Dr Livingstone wished both individuals well in for the future and thanked them and Mrs Helena Buchanan, who has also retired, for all their commitment and support over the last few years.
