Note: Section 75 of the Medicines Act 1968 states that ‘It shall be the duty of the registrar to keep a register… on payment of the prescribed fee to enter in the register any premises in respect of which an application is made’. In order for Pharmacy premises to be retained on the register for 2017, an application and fee must be submitted on or before 1 January 2017.
Should the premises registration lapse, a restoration fee of £317 will be due before restoration to the register.
