A message from the President of the Pharmaceutical Society NI, Dr Jim Livingstone, on the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
“The sad death of Queen Elizabeth II has come as a shock to everyone, both here and around the world. For many in the pharmacy profession she was a constant in their lives, and for the wider community she was a great example of selfless public service, and her loss will be deeply felt. We offer our heartfelt condolences to His Majesty the King, the Royal Family and all those who loved and cherished Queen Elizabeth II. May she rest in peace.
The Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland’s core regulatory work will continue as normal over the coming days during the period of official State mourning, although we will not be engaging in public events during this time. We will update our website with any further changes.”
