If you wish to be registered as a Supplementary/Independent prescriber¹, please bring in your original Supplementary/Independent prescriber certificate from a accredited university, a form of photographic ID and a fee of £25.  Cheques should be made payable to the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland.  Pharmacists do not need to make an appointment to see the Registrar.

Any pharmacists registered as Supplementary and Independent Prescribers' will have their registration numbers anotated with an SP or IP on our online register.

The Society will endeavour to annotate the register within 1 day of receiving a completed application.
