Restoration to Register
If you voluntarily resigned from the Register of Pharmaceutical Chemists but wish to return to it, there is a restoration fee of £121 in addition to the current year's retention fee which is £372 i.e. £493 in total.
If you were removed from the register at any time on the direction of the Council for non-payment of fees as is detailed in the Pharmacy (NI) Order, the fee payable for subsequent restoration to the register is £500, plus the current registration fee which is £372 i.e. £872 in total.
If you have been registered with any Pharmaceutical regulatory body in the interim, the Society requires a Certificate of Current Professional Status covering the period of time you were absent from the Register of Pharmaceutical Chemists in Northern Ireland.
Checklist for Restoration
The Society will only restore an applicant when it is in receipt of:
1) Appropriate restoration fee and registration fee
2) Certificates of current professional status from any regulatory body you have been registered with in the interim
3) Completed restoration form
The Society will acknowledge the receipt of your application and and will endeavour to complete the process within 1 day of receiving a completed application.
