Registration Appeals
Where a determination has been made by the Registrar not to register an applicant, an appeal to this decision may be made to the Council of the Society.
Any appeal should normally be made within 28 days of the Registrar's decision.
To make an appeal against a decision not to register, the applicant must notify the Director of the Society, in writing, outlining the basis for appeal. The Director will then formally notify the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of this appeal and this issue will be considered the next scheduled Council meeting. This will be listed as an item of business on the agenda for the meeting
