Registration of New Premises

Anyone wishing to register a new pharmacy premises must submit an application form and two copies of the plans along with a fee of £108.00, 2 months before the proposed date of opening. The Society will pass these documents to the Pharmaceutical Inspectorate in the Department of Health and Social Services and Public Safety, who will contact the applicant with a date to inspect the premises.
