On 17 June 2009, the Statutory Committee of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland met for the purpose of making an inquiry into the case of Mr Stephen Graham Twibill, registration number 2227.

The Committee determined the following:

The Committee directed that Stephen Graham Twibill should be removed from the register of pharmaceutical chemists and that any application that may be made for restoration to the register should not be made for at least fifteen years.

The determination of the committee shall not take effect until the expiration of a period of three months from the date on which notice is served.

Notification of Appeal

An appeal has been lodged with the High Court in accordance with Article 22(3) of the Pharmacy Northern Ireland Order 1976.
The direction of the Statutory Committee shall therefore NOT take effect until after the appeal is determined or withdrawn.

Mr Twibill’s name therefore remains on the register of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland.
