CPD Non-compliance

Non Submission

The purpose of CPD is not to catch you out.  It is about ensuring that you remain competent for your role and professional responsibilities in a demanding world.

We will give you ample opportunity and support to help you comply.  The Post-Registration Facilitator may be contacted for advice and the Society's CPD facilitators are available to provide feedback on CPD cycles should you require this.  If you refuse to comply, this could be interpreted as unwillingness to keep up-to-date and to maintain competence.

If you persistently seek to avoid your CPD obligations, you will be in breach of your professional requirements of your Society.  You will initially be referred to the Education Committee who will consider your case and make recommendations to the Registrar. A non-compliance notice will be kept on your registration file.

Not Reached Standard

You will be given two opportunities to submit a portfolio which meets the required standard. The Post-Registration Facilitator may be contacted for advice and the Society's CPD facilitators are available to provide feedback on CPD cycles should you require this.
